Tyler Stewart finished first in her age group (W25-29) for the second year in a row at the Ironman World Championships in Hawaii - but had a very difficult finish. Here she talks about how she balances training with her life and how she makes up for the lack of time to train with tremendous intensity in the workouts she does. Her story about what happened to her on the last 6 miles of the run in Kona is something you have to hear!

Perry Romanowski is a marathon runner with a twist - he juggles the entire 26.2 miles and takes it quite seriously. Here we talk about how juggling affects his pace, what he does at the aid stations, and why he wants to run an ultra-marathon. He also tracks his nutrition closely (he know he had eaten 144 donuts in 2006) and gives us a "typical" week of training for the Chicago marathon. You can read his interesting blog at JustAnAverageJoggler.com.
