    Lauri Fauerbach Adams is a 35-year old marathon runner and triathlete. After a bad race experience (bike crash) at Ironman Lake Placid, she recovered, made changes in her nutrition and training and went on to have a great experience at Ironman Arizona. Here we talk about how she overcame the fear of open water swimming, the changes she made in her nutrition plan and how she simulated racing in order to find what worked for her, and her plans for the future.

    Jon Gould is an attorney in Idaho but also a very successful mountain biker. He's completed two 24-hour races and finished 2005 ranked 3rd nationally in his age class. He also recently finished the TransRockies, a seven stage, seven day mountain bike race in the Canadian Rockies. In his age class, he had 4 stage wins, two second place stage finishes and ultimately came in second overall, just one minute and forty-four seconds behind the winner. Here he talks about those races and a bit about how he trains and gets ready with a nutrition plan

    28-year-old Jerry Pi is an ultra-runner and a triathlete who recently completed the grueling Kettle Moraine 100-miler in Wisconsin. He is now transitioning into his triathlon season, where he will be representing Team USA in November at the Long-Distance ITU World Championships in Australia.
