Eric Davis is an age-group triathlete who has had tremendous success in endurance sports, even at an early age (for a while he had the fastest marathon time for someone under 12 years old!). Now, as a 40-year-old soon-to-be-father, he is still an avid athlete. Here we talk about his six tips for triathletes. This interview is a bit longer than our normal talk, but it's great information. He's also written several excellent race reports from the Half-Ironman World Championships, Ironman Canada, Ironman Kona, and Ironman Wisconsin (all are .pdf files).
