    The altitude device I have used and that seems to work is AltoLab. It isn’t a mask, but instead a device that you breathe through to simulate much higher altitudes. It takes an hour a day for about 15 days, though if you want to keep the acclimatization long term you need followup sessions. My record at high altitude events is actually pretty bad, but altitude has not been the reason so far as I could tell.
