I 100% agree. I myself have recently discovered the wonder of juicing. I get my energy back and ready to complete my day. With my busy lifestyle, I always make sure that everything I do is effectively and efficiently done. Juicing isn’t an exception with this.I recommend the use of a good juicer. It will be one of your greatest investment http://www.feelgoodstore.com.au/juicebuddy
LOVE LOVE LOVE my juicer. It’s definitely a good way to get your veggies in when you don’t want to sautee a bunch of swiss chard or are sick of chewing up salads…I made enchiladas last night and drank my veggies.
I like juicing and blending. I’m mixing these two types of servings. I like to drink fresh juices in the morning and my smoothies during the day. I’m doing a lot of sport and these give me a lot of energy and vitamins.
