Great podcast. I was eager to listen to this episode as I am a vegan athlete. I was shocked to hear Ben mention that Bragg’s Liquid Aminos used GMO soybeans. He mentioned to check out their site to find our more. I did go there and they state that they a a certified NON-GMO use, so I’m a bit confused. Regardless, I will try dissolving miso in warm water like Ben mentioned to replace liquid aminos.
I am so, so sorry. I had a brain fart. the issue with Bragg's is not the GMO, it is the MSG. My wife and I had been discussing it the night before and for some reason GMO was stuck in my brain but it is MSG. I will announce correction on podcast…
I am just a beginner and want to increase my stamina and endurance. Do you have any vegan diet for me.

Ben, thanks for the clarification I appreciate it.
Thanks for you answer Ben. I appreciated the options you gave. Isagenix is no longer in our budget. Too expensive. Unfortunately so is Living Fuel.
Just call LivingFuel and see if they'll work something out with you…
