    Awesome, thanks guys! I agree, I was trying to hold form, my legs felt heavy, as I just finished a 30 mile moderate pace bike ride 15min. prior to the video capture and basically just walked to the sidewalk w/o a run warmup. I’ll take off my shirt and wear shorter shorts rolled down next time! 😛 Hahaha!
