Today we spend some time covering the career of Rutger Beke, who announced this week he’ll be retiring from triathlon, Brad gives a recap of the Lifetime Fitness CapTex Triathlon (and the bit of controversy involved), and lastly we highlight our top-three race picks for the upcoming weekend: Rev3 Quassy, ITU WCS Madrid and Escape From Alcatraz.
