On this week’s Endurance Planet Hour, we focus on the sport of adventure racing with the help of guests Robyn Benincasa of Project Athena and Mike Chastaine of the Dirty Avocados. Benincasa is a former world champion who is now part of a team that is helping others embrace challenge in sports after tragic or medical setbacks. Chastaine is a husband and father of three who will be celebrating his 50th birthday with his team by racing for 700k in Australia.
