Time again for a Week in Multisport edition of Endurance Planet with Barry Siff of Daily Triathlon. I find your comment on the bicyclist being partialy at fault in some accidents to be true. However here in Phoenix the majority of the problem is the MOTORIST attitude. Here the driver in general has the attitude that we are some how less human then they are. They look at us as a target for their anger and frustrations and this results in some accidents. Personaly I have heen hit 6 times and not once did the driver stop or care. All hit me from behind when I was in a bicycle lane. One actually thought it was funny. So lets not be so quick to let the driver off the hook. They have all the advantage not us!
