Legend of the sport, Chris Legh, joins us from Bike Works in Kona to talk about the hurdles he’s faced in his career including 1997 when he suffered severe dehydration in Kona, and later on the heart condition he dealt with in Ironman racing and what he did about it. Despite those hurdles, Chris has persevered and this year qualified for Kona again — it will be his last race as a pro on the Big Island. We also talk to Chris about his approach and style of training, the tools he uses, including
Mio Global Watches, and much more insight from a true legend of the sport.
